Erasmus+ blended intensive programme for academic and non-academic staff “FutureFit Learning Gym” is taking place in Vilnius Tech university 20-24 March.
The “FutureFit Learning Gym” programme had its kick-off in Vilnius Tech to better future competencies of ATHENA staff from legal advisors to professors and scientists. Participants started the course by sharing their expectations of getting to know each other better, learning new skills and preparing themselves for the future labour market and the digital age!
The programme targets staff’s personal and professional well-being and is organised around discovering and improving skills within five “FutureFit” areas:
- Design thinking
- Virtual collaboration
- Cultural Adaptability
- Change Resilience
23 employees from 8 EU countries (Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, France, Portugal, Slovenia) are attending the “FutureFit Learning Gym”.
“FutureFit Academy Learning Gym” is an organisation specialising in helping individuals, teams, leaders and organisations equip themselves for changes in the world of work.
