Last week ATHENA European University and other partner universities’ academic and administrative staff were improving their skills and competencies at the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “FutureFit Learning Gym” in Vilnius.
23 staff members from 8 EU countries (Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal and Slovenia) participated in the BIP.
The programme had its kick-off online, followed by face-to-face training organised by the VILNIUS TECH International Relations Office. “Future fit Learning gym” targeted staff’s personal and professional well-being and was organised around discovering and improving skills within five #FutureFit areas:
- Design thinking
- Virtual collaboration
- Cultural adaptability
- Connectedness
- Change resilience
The programme received 100% positive participants’ feedback:
“Well done. The best workshop ever! Bravo!”
“Very well planned, with amazing and diverse activities. Great and friendly people, nice food, and good vibes. Many tips for future activities at home.”
“I loved the freedom of the programme, start at reasonable time and end the programme to leave time for exploring. City day was a nice touch!”
We send a big thanks to the lecturers of the programme:
Agnė Rapalaitė-Rasiulė, moderator of the BIP programme and lecturer of the „Online tools for collaboration and creativity“ session, freelance facilitator and VILNIUS TECH alumni;
Prof. David Reid Anderson, lecturer of the “Creative thinking Session”, lecturer at VILNIUS TECH Department of Creative Communication;
Alina Bechterevė-Žukė, lecturer of a practical workshop on well-being and change resilience, psychotherapist.
