Exciting Opportunity for ATHENA Students to Join the Porto Design Factory Collaborative Project!

Are you a graduate student looking to tackle real-world challenges and make a meaningful impact? If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you!

The Porto Design Factory invites last year bachelor students and/or graduate students to participate in an industry-sponsored project focused on fostering a more inclusive and diverse workforce. This challenge, sponsored by a leading company in the food retail sector, aims to develop innovative solutions that address the needs of employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

As a participant, you will have the chance to delve into the specificities of the employee work journey, exploring the unique challenges faced by those with limitations on mobility, neurodiversity, and/or cultural barriers. Your task will be to propose design changes for the workplace and develop tangible solutions to enhance the overall employee experience.

This project offers a unique platform for you to showcase your problem-solving skills, collaborate with peers, and contribute to a more inclusive and diverse workplace for a real company. The final presentation is scheduled for October 2024.
