ATHENA Governance

ATHENA Governance consists of three main bodies: Governance Boards, Consulting Bodies, and Support Services. Each of these bodies works simultaneously to ensure the smooth operation and effective oversight of ATHENA initiatives.

The Governance Boards are responsible for strategic decision-making and policy formulation, providing the overarching direction for ATHENA’s activities. Consulting Bodies play a crucial role in advising on specialized matters, leveraging their expertise to enhance the quality of decision-making. Support Services contribute to the logistical and administrative aspects, ensuring that
